1. Why are your prices so high?
    We are a business producing professional high quality products designed from many years of experience. We cannot guarantee our work will create your desired results. We will guarantee that what you receive will be what you approve. In reality, our prices are low. If they seem high to you, or are not within your budget then you might want to do some research on Google or Yahoo to locate suppliers of FREE advertisment products.

2. If I order a "Block" of 10 ads do I need all the content right away?
    NO! You will need to have the content for at least one (1) ad or banner ready to send at the time you place your order. You will have 1 year (365 days) to submit your content for the remaining ads or banners. If a year passes and you have not submitted your content to receive all the products you have ordered then forfiet the remaining products. When you receive an email submitting the finished product to you there will be a notice of how many products remain for delivery.

3. Are the 800 x 1200 pixel classified ads the only size available?
    NO! The 800 x 1200 is what we have found to be the maximum size most comfortable for use on Craigslist. We can create smaller grahic ads for you if you so desire. The price however remains the same. If you desire a smaller sized graphic ad please be sure to make note of this desire in the Additional Instructions area of the form. If you do not provide these instructions then your graphic ad will be produced in the 800 x 1200 format.

4. Do you provide other price levels and/or additional discounts?
    NO! You may purchase as many individual ads at one time as you desire. Likewise you may purchase as many discounted products as desired.

5. If I order more than 10 classified ads or banners but less than 20 will I receive a discount for all of them?
    YES! You must order at least 10 classified ads or banners to receive a 15% discount. The email you receive instructing you how to make a payment will reflect a detailed description of the discount.

6. Can I order 5 classified ads and 5 banners and receive a discount on my order?
    NO! You can order less than 10 classified ads and less than 10 banners. But you must order at least 10 of each product to receive a discount for that order.

7. If I order 5 classified ads or banners today and duplicate the order tomorrow will I receive a discount?
    NO! Your order receives a 15% discount only when that individual order meets the minimum requirement. Multiple orders will not be combined to become eligible for a discount. Once you have made your payment for an order the agreement has been sealed.
    If you decide to change your order ( either more or less) you need to communicate these changes before making payment.

8. Are there conditions under which you offer refunds?
    We are extremely detailed with our communication regarding your order. You supply the photos, graphics and text content (unless we agree to your request for our supplying all or any part of the content). We discuss with you about where each part of your content may best be located in the product you ordered. Once the product you ordered is ready we submit it to you for your approval. If changes are needed then we discuss these changes with you carefully and perform the requested changes. One (1) opportunity to make changes (per each product of your order) should be enough to produce a product worthy of your approval. But we will allow up to three (3) opportunities to make changes. Once a product has been approved then our committment to your satisfaction has been met. Therefore, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
